All services include a stress relieving treatment and a finishing touch.
We always recommend booking your next appointment at time of checkout. Many of our stylists are booked many weeks out so pre-scheduling your appointments gives us more flexibility to work with your schedule.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in altering or rescheduling your service.
Please advise the front desk at the time of booking of any special hair conditions length, thickness, previous colors ([including box color etc.]).
Providing our stylist with a photo of desired hairstyle will better demonstrate the look you are trying to achieve. If the stylist feels the outcome is not attainable in one service, this will be fully explained to you and a service plan will be made.
HAIR COLOR PROCESSING TIME:
Please expect for hair color to process an average of 45 minutes. Your stylist may work on another client while your color is processing as some of our stylists double-book due to their high demand.
As a courtesy, please provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation for an appointment. This gives us an opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our wait list. You can cancel online or by calling (208)853-8686. We appreciate you understanding as we strive to provide you with the best services possible!
In our efforts to create a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that you are always mindful of your children while in the salon.
We strive to maintain a healthy environment within our salon. If a member of our team is ill, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
As a courtesy, we text, email and/or call to confirm your appointment. ensure the front desk has your current and preferred method of contact.
